Mi hanno contattato tramite Email e si sono presentati come Zalando
Hello, I am very enraged. So, i placed an order on February 3rd on zalando. My order number is 10401175734109. They say that it is available for collecting but it is not there . They just scam us, steal money and refuse to give me a refund. I HAVE NOT received my order but they keep telling me that it is there. I send them emails on a daily basis or call them but they just reply with the same things. They copy paste the same text and tell me that i will get a refund as soon as they get back my order. I understand that they are never going to give my money back because they will never receive back the order. Please resolve this problem i don't know if the courier was from your company or not but this is ridiculous . I went to many website and everyone is saying that this website is a huge scam . If I do not get my money back this week i will sue your company.
